Tiburon Fine Dining

Delicious food on the higher end of the price range. The scallops are yummy. We had rib eye and the elk. Both were cooked perfectly and very tasty with just the right amount of food.

My wife and I went there on our wedding anniversary for a nice evening. We arrived right at opening time because we only had a babysitter for a limited time. We walked into an empty restaurant and on two employees who stared at us and looked confused and annoyed that we were there. Eventually the manager came and said that the whole restaurant was booked. He said “we need to be more organized” and offered us a coupon to a different restaurant. We declined because I’m not going to go to a business that looks irritated that I’m about to give them my money. A “Closed For Private Event” sign would have mitigated the whole situation. We would have been disappointed, but not incredibly frustrated at how we were treated.

This restaurant was an awesome place to eat! Our server was amazing and nice! He was very attentive and willing to cater to anything we needed. The food was delicious! First the bread and butter was wonderful, the butter was very sweet and tasted like there were peppers or other vegetables in it, the salad was delicious and it was the perfect amount of dressing and cheese, it was one of my favorite parts. They then brought out the palate cleanser which was pineapple flavored and very good. For my main course I ordered the New Zealand Elk. It was probably the most tender meat I have ever had, it was divine! They also had mashed potatoes and vegetables on the side. It was a pricey meal, so go expecting to spend some money, however the food is great.

Great portion size. The food is grown locally. The atmosphere is inviting and elegant. The service is impeccable.

I love this restaurant! Definitely one of my favorites, hands down. The atmosphere is incredible, and the food is even better. It is a little pricey, but it’s well worth it. The scallops are the best I’ve had anywhere! It’s the perfect place for a nice dinner date if you want to impress.

Food was very tasty and service was great! Be prepared for the higher prices so you can just enjoy the food - it was well worth it for us.

The food was unreal and the service was exceptional. I had the New Zealand Elk prepared medium well with a side of mashed potatoes and asparagus. The course was spaced out perfectly and the food was well balance. Great place for a romantic dinner!

Amazing food, great service, would absolutely go again

I went for an evening with a group. the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and I don't have anything negative to say, except that there is only one stall in the bathroom. 🤣

I have driven by this restaurant so many times before and never considered checking it out. Luckily, my sister insisted on taking me there for dinner. Everything was prepared to perfection and beautifully plated. Considering the gourmet cuisine, the prices were extremely reasonable. I will be taking my entire family there to dine soon!

My husband and I experienced this restaurant for the first time Saturday evening. It was absolutely amazing. The service, atmosphere and food were so much more than what we were expecting. Definitely going to be a date night favorite from now on. Thanks!

Tiburon is always at the top of their game. The menu has changed little in the decade of visits we have made, but all items are prepared and presented well.

Great food, amazing staff, fine dining food at it's finest. With as good as the food is I wish the chairs were more comfortable. You're paying $150 for two people and sitting in chairs that do not offer a fine dining experience. Also I would suggest a bigger candle for the table so you can see what you're doing, it's very dark in the restaurant. Otherwise I've been to this restaurant 4 times now and will go again. I would just advise that the owners make the restaurant a reflection of the food.

This upscale restaurant seems to be the hidden gem in Sandy. Friends of ours who live in the area introduced us to the place and we have been addicted ever since. The menu is original including items such as Bison, Elk, New Zealand Lamb along with a strong eclectic selection of fish. The service is really second to none and the ambiance makes for great conversations.

Tiburon is the place we go for the important events in our lives. I think part of the magic is the nostalgia, yet it never disappoints.

My uncle visited from Lake Arrowhead California and we went to Tiburon for the first time. It was mind blowing how good the food was. He has a very eclectic taste on fine dining and he was astonished at the quality and fine dining hidden just on 7th east in Sandy. I couldn't agree more and I've lived around Sandy my whole life. Definitely definitely gonna keep coming here and want everyone to know how amazing Tiburon is! You guys deserve to be recognized as one of the best.

Not a bad thing on the menu, great service and phenomenal food from appetizers to deserts

Steak and lobster was wonderful and my wife had the lamb also very flavorful. The seared scallops melted in our mouths. I forgot to get pictures at the beginning because we were eager to enjoy the food.

Everything was top notch, I had the elk and the wife had the surf and turf. The dinner salad was probably one of the best salads I have ever had. Both meal's were amazing. With the high quality craftsmanship and the artistry of the presentation, the price is a steal.

After eating what feels like everywhere in Salt Lake I have to say Tiburon is the best most consistent restaurant I have been to. I personally have never had a bad meal and the service is always great. If you are looking for a great atmosphere along with very unique /speciality dishes this is your place, worth every penny.

Held a private dinner in the patio. Service was excellent setting up the event and during the dinner. Highly recommend it! It looked like you could rent a small courtyard as well for receptions and small parties.

This place is not quite there for the money, in my opinion. Service and food are on par with a good chain. Wait staff were good not great. Reviews are pretty good, maybe I just went while they had an off night? I doubt I will try again.

I’ve been to Tiburon 2 times. Both experiences were really great. This is not a family environment. I did take my kids once (they didn’t eat) & I regretted it. Most tables stared at us, although my children were super well behaved. This is more of a adult dinner date type of place. I think their food is really great. This place is WAY better than Ruth’s Chris. It’s more intimate. The service is pretty amazing, the servers are really knowledgeable about the items on the menu. And the food is great.

Hands down, one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. If you have ever seen my reviews, you will see I have had many. Jen is but far, one of the best in the business, be sure to request her if you can!

Had a small family wedding on their patio for my son followed by dinner in the private room and it was perfection! There were 24 of us and the setting was beautiful, the menu was thoughtful and the food was excellent! Ryan and his staff were so accommodating and took amazing care of us. Tiburon has been a favorite of my husband and myself since it opened. It is our go to anniversary/ special occasion space. He always loves the ahi or elk. I mostly try the specials. We always enjoy their homemade lemonade. We've used gift cards for family members...my mother-in-law was the best. She's vegetarian and eating out is tricky. The chef came out and discussed her preferences and made a meal she still raves about. It is fine dining. Don't expect an Applebee's experience or price tag. But live a little and try it, you won't be disappointed

This is a hidden gem in Sandy, UT. This is the perfect place to take a special someone to celebrate a special thing. Their bread and spread at the beginning is absolutely delicious. And I love how each dish comes with a salad, pallet cleanser, and then the main dish. Service here is fantastic and the atmosphere is great. The price is fair for everything you get with it, perhaps a little on the high end for certain people. I haven’t been here during the summertime, but I heard they have an open patio. If you’re looking for something fancy and local, I would absolutely recommend this place.

This is a nice place with an interesting space inside and a great dining area out back. The food is good but not really work the prices. The elk is great and so is much of the menu. My issue the service is not that great or friendly and they are out in the middle of the suburbs. Feels like a place that should be downtown. Most likely would not return.

We have our favorite restaurant we go to for our anniversary every year but unfortunately they were closed this year due to COVID. While searching for a substitute, we found Tiburon and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality here. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were so friendly. We are definitely changing our designated anniversary spot and will be coming here often in between!

I tried 4 different appetizers and the Elk tenderloin entree. Everything was prepared perfectly, outstanding! Can't wait to go back.

This place was amazing. I'm kicking myself for not taking pictures of our meals. The salmon with bacon was divine. The atosmophere was quiet and intimate. Perfect place for a nice dinner or a date.

The expierence was a delight. We had a work party before they opened and it was so much fun.

Fantastic in every way! I've never gotten anything here that hasn't exceeded my expectations. The service and food are equally as impressive. If you're not sure what to order try the lamb, it is prepared perfectly. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and it was just perfect.
